SHIPPING METHODS AND CHARGES

All orders are dispatched from our office located in Northern Territory, Darwin, Australia. For all shipping enquiries, please feel free to email rooiibytuvisha@gmail.com

We endeavour to process orders within 1-4 business days. Please note during sales periods there may be a slight delay with processing your order. 

 

DOMESTIC (WITHIN AUSTRALIA)

Regular (Australia Post) 
$19 flat rate for big home linen, $15 flat rate for smaller home linen and clothing 

Delivery estimate, 5-7 business days from dispatch. 

Express (Australia Post)

TAXES AND DUTIES

Please note that any duties and taxes payable in the countries outside of Australia are the responsibility of the recipient. Rooii By Tuvisha, unfortunately, has no control over import fees and these will be the responsibility of the recipient prior to delivery. Please check with your local customs office for estimated custom tax and duty charges prior to ordering and consider placing multiple orders for larger value orders. Orders returned due to refusal of payment of duties and taxes will be subject to the original shipping costs as well as the import and return shipping fee charges incurred on the delivery back to our warehouse. These costs will be deducted from the refund of the order.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Please note that your order may be subject to delays outside of Rooii By Tuvisha's control. Shipping delays can be a result of customs clearances, holiday periods, or the remote nature of your delivery location. For time-sensitive orders, we recommend opting for express delivery where possible. Rooii By Tuvisha is not responsible for shipping delays on orders and cannot guarantee exact delivery dates or timeframes.

LOST PARCELS

Rooii By Tuvisha can not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit. If your parcel goes missing, you will be required to lodge a formal complaint as the owner of the parcel with Australia Post.
