Refund policy
Our returns policy -
- Rooii By Tuvisha gladly offers returns within 15 days of purchase. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to honour your return.
- Items must be returned in original condition - unused, unworn, unwashed with tags attached, folded neatly in the Rooii cloth tote bag provided.
- Sale/Discount/Promotion items are not eligible for a refund. We do not offer refunds on any discounted/sale items.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.

- The refund will be processed once the return order is received and checked within 2-4 weeks
Our exchange policy -
We offer exchanges within 15 days from purchase date.
- The items needs to unopened / unused /unaltered / unwashed and should be posted back to us at your cost within 15 days of the order date. Please contact us at rooiibytuvisha@gmail.com or call us on +61431241528
- International orders are required to arrange return postage via your preferred shipping provider. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

- As we order our home linen and clothing in small quantities, we cannot guarantee the selected exchange item will be available when your return reaches us. As such, the option for a Store Credit is available for your return so you can purchase your desired exchange when it becomes available again. Should the selected exchange item not be available, we will email you to arrange a new option.
